  • How to Refund Balance
  • If you don't plan to buy goods for a period of time and want your choobuy balance back, that is available. Please send an e-mail to service@choobuy.com from your registered e-mail, telling us how much you want us to refund to your Paypal account.
    If the payment is transfered less than 2 months, the refund will be exempt from any Paypal fee. If more than two months, 1% refund fee will be charged from your payment.
    * The refund fee is NOT charged by Choobuy, but by your E-Banking Service Supplier.

  • Storage Time
  • Choobuy provides free warehouse to reserve your items for 3 months (except some items' guarantee period is less than 3 months, such as food), which starts from the day items arrive in Choobuy warehouse. In the storage period, Choobuy has responsibility to take good care of your goods. Exceeding 3 months, Choobuy charges 10% of item price as storage fee in every month (days less than one month equal to one month). More than 1 year, Choobuy will not be responsible for the goods any more, which will be disposed at Choobuy’s discretion.

  • If you find the problems below after receiving the package, please contact us:

    1. Quantity of items is not correct. Some are missing. (please give us order ID of missing items)

    2. Color, style, or size is different from what you ordered. (please offer Order ID, and take photos, send to service@choobuy.com)

    3. Quality problem (please offer Order ID, and take photos, send to service@choobuy.com)
     
    Attention: if there is any problem about the items, please contact us WITHIN 1 WEEKS after you receive the package. Otherwise, we won’t be responsible for them.
