Problems of Received Items

If you find the problems below after receiving the package, please contact us:

1. Quantity of items is not correct. Some are missing. (please give us order ID of missing items)

2. Color, style, or size is different from what you ordered. (please offer Order ID, and take photos, send to service@choobuy.com)

3. Quality problem (please offer Order ID, and take photos, send to service@choobuy.com)

Attention: if there is any problem about the items, please contact us WITHIN 1 WEEKS after you receive the package. Otherwise, we won’t be responsible for them.

What Choobuy won’t take responsibility is as follows:

1. Color difference is caused by different computer monitors, or the light when photographing

2. A size represents different dimensions in different countries. In order to avoid such problem, you can provide your measurements, such as foot length, height, weight, waist, shoulder, etc. when placing order.
3. The dimensions of item you measure is a bit different from seller's dimensions online. Nearly every seller writes clearly online to alert that 1-2cm dimension difference is normal. Because measured by different people in different ways, dimensions may be not the same.
4. We are not responsible for identifying if the item is original, or leather is natural, etc., because it needs professional ability to judge. Although some sellers may say online it is original or natural leather, we still don’t guarantee that. 
5. You think item quality is not worthy of its price. We won't be responsible for that.
And we can't guarantee item at low price has high quality.
